  • Every part of this game from the menus, to the characters, to the maps are very cute, colorful and vibrant.

  • Mushroom Wars 2 is a wonderful title to play and an amazing competition to watch. There’s so much to talk about, anticipate, and be surprised by, that you should expect this title to live on for many, many years. The developers have been truly successful of creating the tools for a competitive player to use — and then getting the hell out of the way; Zillion Whales leaves us with a trendsetting, unrivaled masterpiece, and then lets us play it the way we want to play it.

  • Mushroom Wars 2 was a surprisingly engaging for me. I really wasn’t expecting myself to get pulled into what seemed on the surface to be a simplified RTS. Yet with it’s engaging, layered combat, easy to pick up and play attitude, four episode campaign and some great multiplayer offerings, Mushroom Wars 2 is a title worth spending some time with.

  • Mushroom Wars 2 is, to sum up, a remarkable game. Zillion Whales offers a different option for those who would like to enter to the strategy genre, and for the fans of it, through minimalist and excellent gameplay, absorbing multiplayer and charming aesthetics.

  • Overall this game is super easy to pick up and fun to play. It doesn't have great depth but uses a swift pace to iron out any disappointment that might have introduced. It's a good little time-waster, and comes in at an attractive price point for what's on offer.

  • Fans of the original PSN version searching to re-visit the good old days will find a lot to enjoy here, as will RTS players itching for something a bit simpler but still addictive.

  • An interesting mix between RTS and tower defense, Mushroom Wars 2 keeps on challenging with fast-paced, tactical battles. A suggested game, even if it can be a bit frustrating at times - especially if you are not so patient.

  • I certainly can’t recommend Mushroom Wars to everyone, but for those who have a passing interest in real-time strategy, it’s a great option. The game includes a lengthy campaign mode, quick-battle Skirmish mode, and boasts an upcoming multiplayer option to allow players to challenge each other in battle.

  • The PC version of Mushroom Wars 2 is a complete disaster: repetitive, boring and badly balanced, the game is everything but an RTS. You should try the free-to-play edition on iOS or Android, before considering to spend money here.
